If customer receive a faulty shipment from our end which is different from your order or product specifications described on our website, customer is requested to follow the below mentioned procedure.
Email us the scanned copy of Proof of Purchase that came along with your product (with the date / stamp from the store you purchased the product).
If the product is in warranty and fulfills the criteria clearly mentioned on the warranty card supplied, customer has to ship the product at his cost to our warehouse address. We will repair the product or replace the same at our cost and also ship the product back to customer free of charge.
Refund / equal value coupon can be issued only in case if product is out of stock and after the product is received at our warehouse.
Equal value coupon can be redeem at www.swissmilitaryindia.com on all non-discounted products. It can’t be use & club with any other coupon / offer.
Refund will be initiated within 7 working days of receiving the product which may take another 2-5 business hours for the amount, to reflect in customer’s bank account.
Customer can return either complete order or some items from the same order. Please pack the products properly and paste /write the warehouse address:-
