Where all does Swiss Military deliver?

We deliver across the country to over 12000 Pin codes. These deliveries are made through reputed courier companies. Since there is a constant addition of pin codes, the exact number might vary from time to time.

What is the delivery timeline of my order?

The general delivery timeline is 7 to 9 business days (metro cities) and 10 to 12 business days (non-metro cities) depending on the delivery address pin code

Swiss military ship product internationally?

Currently, we only ship within India.

How will I know whether I can get delivery in the areas that I live?

Deliveries are made through third-party courier companies. All deliverable pin codes are pre-populated in the backend. Serviceable Pincode (area) can be checked on the check-out page of www.swissmilitaryindia.com In case the Pincode (area) you live in is not a part of the serviceable list, an error message will be displayed.

Is there a charge for delivery?

We provide Free shipping over billing value of Rs. 1000 for all orders across the country.

What if I'm not home to receive my order?

We use 3rd party courier companies for deliveries. Most Courier companies generally attempt 2 times to deliver the products. They also leave a note for a call back in case the door is unanswered. The courier company itself may leave an intimation for you or may call you to check for a time convenient to deliver, in case they don’t find you at home. Please contact the courier company and the earliest and give them a delivery time that will suit your schedule.

In the event you are not available to accept delivery on second attempt, Swiss Military may at its discretion charge you for the additional shipping cost on the third attempt made. If you fail to take delivery of the goods and products returned back to the Swiss Military, we may at its discretion charge you for the additional shipping cost. Swiss Military will not be liable for any loss or expenses sustained by the Buyer arising from any delay in the delivery of the goods howsoever caused.

What should I do if my order is confirmed but hasn't been shipped yet?

We usually ship orders 1-2 business days before the delivery date so that they reach you on time. In case your order hasn’t been shipped within this time please contact our Customer Support at feedback@swissmilitaryindia.com so that we can look into it.

Can I place the order online and pick up my order from your Store which is nearest to me?

You cannot place the order online and collect from the store. All orders placed online will be sent directly to the shipping address mentioned while placing the order.

Does Swiss Military provide warranty period? If yes then what is the warranty period of your Products?

Yes, you may find product warranty on product page under Warranty section which is subject to warranty policy of the company.

I don’t have product invoice. Product received as a gift How can I get warranty?

You can still receive warranty support for your product even if you don't have the invoice. Simply activate your product warranty at the time you receive your item.

What are the terms of the warranty available on my product?

What is your exchange policy?

Once products are delivered to you as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange possible. In case there is a manufacturing defect, then the product can be exchanged subject to our return policy. In case of a manufacturing defect, please contact https://smindia.secure.force.com/support

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 4 Hours of placing the order. To cancel your order please write to us on feedback@swissmilitaryindia.com or call us on 0124-4139250 with your name, order number, order date and your mobile number. Our team will confirm the cancellation. Orders cannot be cancelled post 24 hours of order placement.’

When and how will get my refund in case of cancellation or product return?

Refunds are credited back to the same instrument which was debited. The process generally takes 7-14 working days depending on the bank and the gateway.
Swiss Military does not have influence on the time lines except processing the refund. The refund will be credited back between 7-14 days after the processing or until your next billing cycle in case it’s a credit card. You will receive email intimation from Swiss Military about the processing of refund. You will need to then contact your bank or credit card issuer for refund status. Swiss Military shall not be liable for any claim for delay in refund process.

What if products ordered by me are out of stock?

In the rare event that an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you within 72 hours. If you choose to cancel the order, a full refund will be processed immediately.

How do I track my order once it is placed?

Step 1: You will receive an order confirmation on Email and SMS on the registered email address and Phone Number

Step 2: As soon as the order is shipped you will receive another email and SMS on your registered number with the tracking details.

What Should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please write to us at write to us on feedback@swissmilitaryindia.com with your contact details and Order ID.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

We don’t accept changes in the order once they are placed. However, if changes are communicated within 24 hours, we might be able to make the change in the order or the address of delivery.

What is the benefit of creating an account on Swiss Military?

There are various benefits of creating an account on Swiss Military, some of the benefits are marketing information on promotions and products, special offers to registered customers.

You will also not need to input the address for the new orders unless there is a change in address. You can also log in review the order history of all the transactions done on that account.

Why is the COD option not offered for my location ?

The availability of Cash on Delivery (COD) depends on whether our courier partner can accept cash payments at your delivery location. Courier partners may have cash handling limits based on the destination, which can restrict the availability of COD. As a result, COD may not always be offered as a payment option during checkout.

Which credit/ debit cards does Swiss Military support?

Payments are accepted through certified third-party payment gateways. Currently all Visa / Master / AMEX Credit cards will be accepted.

How do I know that my credit/ debit card payment is safe?

Can I pay through Net banking? What is the procedure?
