What is 'My Account' ? How do I update my information?
‘My Account’ allows you complete control over your transactions. It helps you manage your orders, edit your personal data like address, phone numbers, email ids and change of password any time through ‘My Account’.
How do I know my order is confirmed?
Once your order is confirmed and processed, you will receive a shipment notification via E-mail/SMS advising you on the estimated date of delivery. You can also check the current status of your order please log into your account on Swiss Military and go to MY ORDER section.
How do I check the status of my order?
Visit the MY ORDERS page in your My Account and click on TRACK ORDER to get real time status of your order.
Why have I not received my order yet?
Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you proactively. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates. Visit the MY ORDERS page in your account and click on TRACK ORDER to get real time status of your order.
Are warranties offered on the items?
Yes, we do provide warranty on our products which differs from product to product. You can check the same in specification tab of any product.
Return & Refund
I want to return a product (that I have already received it).
We have no return or exchange policy. All sales are final.
I received a defective item from Swiss Military. How do I get it replaced? OR I received an incorrect order. What can I do?
If you receive a faulty shipment from our end which is different from your order or product specifications described on our website, you are requested to follow the below mentioned procedure.
Email us the scanned copy of Proof of Purchase that came along with your product (with the date / stamp from the store you purchased the product).
If the product is in warranty and fulfils the criteria clearly mentioned on the warranty card supplied, you can ship the product to the address mentioned on the product tag. We will repair the product or replace the same at our cost and also ship the product back to you free of charge.
Refund will be issued only after the product is received at our warehouse.
Refund will be initiated within 2 working days of receiving the product. It may take 2-5 business days for the amount, to reflect in your bank account.
You can return either complete order or some items from the same order.Please pack the products properly and paste /write the warehouse address:

Can I pay COD (cash on delivery)?
We do not have cash on delivery option available for website.
Cancellation & Replacement
How do I place a cancellation request on Swiss Military?
If you wish to cancel your order, please follow these steps:
Create a cancellation request online.
Click on the Cancel link against your order in the MY ORDERS section in My Account.
Choose cancellation option and fill in the required details.
Once the cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible.
* Cancellation requests can be raised at any time before the shipping of the order. Once the order is cancelled, we will refund any prepaid amount as per our Return Policy.
What are the modes of payment for purchasing on Swiss Military website?
We process all online payments through CCAvenue which provides secure, encrypted connections for all credit card, debit card and Net Banking transactions.
Shipping & Delivery
Can I modify my delivery address?
House no., building no, & street number can be modified. However, you cannot change delivery pin code. These changes are only possible before the order is dispatched from our side.
Does Swiss Military deliver internationally?
Swiss Military doesn’t deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you’ll have to ensure the delivery address is within India.
How much does shipping cost in India?
Delivery anywhere in India is free.
Can I use Swiss Military to send gift to others?
Gift wrapping option is not available on Swiss Military website.
